Growth and Development Request for Proposal

The Florida Network of Children’s Advocacy Centers is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or firms to design and implement a statewide Growth and Development Plan. This plan will serve as a comprehensive, data-informed framework to assess and strengthen Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC) coverage, service quality, and equitable access across Florida.
